Winter Weather Can Often Cause Water Damage
When the temperatures drop during a winter storm, it’s hard for pipes to stay warm. This can lead to frozen pipes that may burst. Signs of frozen pipes include: unusual odors from the faucet or drain, no water (or very little water) coming from the pipes, or frost on the pipes.
In this before picture you can see the water line on the wall showing us just how high the water was in the structure before being removed. In our after picture you can no longer see how damaging the water was, SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties was able to remove the water stain and remediate the resulting mold.
