Appreciation for Work: Meet Tony Bell

No two days are alike at SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties. One day may be a simple carpet cleaning, but the next could involve extracting sewage from a crawlspace. Tony Bell is one of the employees you will find completing this vast range of tasks. And when he’s not serving customers, he’s repairing or maintaining SERVPRO’s equipment around the shop.
Tony enjoys working for SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties because he knows he is providing a quality and trustworthy service to the community. He understands that the circumstances surrounding the need for restoration services can be stressful, and he is passionate about making the process more bearable for customers.
“A customer I worked with had a sewage and water leak in their crawlspace, and the clean-up was very difficult for the SERVPRO team,” Tony explained. “However, we were able to extract, sanitize, and remediate the mold-- ending in a successful cleanup and a very happy customer!”
Not only does Tony get the privilege of helping members of his community, but also his family as well. His uncle recently dealt with damage in a rental property he owns. SERVPRO was able to clean up and deodorize the property, making it “Like it never even happened."
“More than anything, I appreciate working for a well-rounded company,” continued Tony. “My teammates are understanding, and we have a reliable owner.”
When Tony isn’t saving the day at SERVPRO, you can find him frequenting the local YMCA. He also enjoys spending time with his family, working on his home and cars, helping out his friends when needed, and playing video games.
SERVPRO of Henry and Randolph Counties is glad to have Tony on the team!
